Prahalathan (Prahaan) Cumarasamy is a Sri Lanka born, Asian American of Indian origin, and a resident of St. Louis, Missouri.

With over fifteen years of physician practice financial leadership, internal audit and operational leadership of not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare organizations and another fifteen years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and Business Process Outsourcing, Prahaan has the onsite and remote access resource management expertise to support his clients deliver exceptional patientcare centered services.

Prahaan he is a respectful, culturally sensitive and extensively traveled entrepreneur, and has over ten years of hands-on leadership in developing global markets for American and European healthcare products in Indian sub-continent countries, and soon expanding to Europe, Middle-East and African (EMEA) countries.

Prahaan is a strong proponent of cultural, "diversity and inclusion" as an invaluable and inseparable component of organizational efficiency and. He is gratefully thankful for his mother's "walk the talk" teachings in early years to embrace diversity in the most inclusive manner, regardless of a person's race, color, sex, religion and physical and emotional challenges.

He is a firm believer that caring for those in need is not a choice, but a way of life, and is sincerely committed to leading Medi Globe America and its affiliated international organizations, as socially accountable organizations, developing and supporting programs designed to serve economically and medically underserved communities.

Prahaan is a graduate of St. Louis University, where he completed both his MBA and undergraduate degree in Business Administration (BSBA), specializing in finance and accounting. As a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), and board certified by Healthcare Financial Management Organization (CHFP), American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and the American College of Medical Practice Executives (CMPE), he is committed to developing financially stable and patientcare cantered healthcare organizations. He is fluent in English, and speaks multiple Asian language, including, Tamil, an oldest international language spoken in over 60 countries.

Prahaan is an accomplished public speaker, and has delivered many presentations at national and state healthcare conventions.
