Prahaan is a board certified healthcare finance executive with over twenty years of operational, internal audit and financial management experience of hospital and independent physician practices, federally qualified health centers, rural health centers and medical and surgical supply companies.
Prahaan is a strong proponent of globalization, having seen its benefit from extensive international travel and related work experiences. He continues to develop global markets for US healthcare services and products. He is a respectful, culturally sensitive and extensively traveled entrepreneur with established accomplishments in developing new revenue opportunities for American healthcare products and services in global and domestic markets (i.e. introduced two American health products to countries in the Indian subcontinent countries and a patient care documentation service in the USA).
He is a firm believer that caring for those in need is not a choice, but a way of life. He is sincerely committed to leading Medi Globe America as a socially accountable organization, developing and supporting programs designed to serve uninsured and underinsured patient communities throughout the nation.
Having been without medical insurance himself, Prahaan understands the concerns of the uninsured patient communities and the burden of medical debt on economically disadvantaged families. He is committed to developing meaningful healthcare programs that will enable uninsured and underinsured patients to receive high-quality healthcare services at significantly reduced costs.
Prahaan is a graduate of St. Louis University, where he completed both his MBA and undergraduate degree in Business Administration (BSBA), specializing in finance and accounting. As a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) Prahaan has successfully led the financial turnaround
of numerous healthcare organizations, he understands the importance of financial stability to provide consistent high-quality care to patients. His most recent leadership position was as the administrator/CEO of a hospital-affiliated rural health center.

Kendall started his career in hospital administration focusing on off-site programs to include: sub-acute skilled care unit, senior mental health program, home health and hospice services, rural health clinics, hospital-based home medical care and retail/wholesale pharmacy operations. As a retirement community developer, he has professionally been responsible for the project management of 21 congregate living communities with over $195 million of new healthcare construction.
Kendall is currently working as a Mentor in the area of healthcare technology with HIPAA-Complete, SafeTdoc, Smart Care Consultants and Global Compliance Tracker, as the Chief Compliance Officer.
Kendall is currently earning a terminal doctorate from the University of North Texas, in the area of health informatics and minority aging. He has a Bachelors degree in Health Science and Master's degree in Business Administration, with concentration in health administration.
Kendall is an accomplished and well respected entrepreneur, and has served in the Boards of several not for profit organizations. He is a recognized leader in many professional organizations, and is the President of the American College of Healthcare Administrators (Missouri Chapter)
Kendall is the author of, "Religion and its Impact on the Health of the Elderly", has taught several
healthcare related coursers at Still University, and has written several articles for international and national organizations. He is a recognized speaker at national professional organizations.

Throughout his career in roles that included Chief Medical Officer, Senior Medical Director, and SVP of Network Development for major healthcare systems, Dr. Williamson has cultivated a reputation for helping organizations understand and manage the risks associated with constant changes while delivering clinical business objectives on time and on budget.
Prior to starting a healthcare consulting firm in 2012, Dr. Williamson was the Chief Medical Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City. In this position, he launched a successful patient-centered medical home project and redesigned a medical management model, which improved profitability and quality metrics across the company.
Before his tenure at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dr. Williamson was a consultant at Milliman USA where he led multiple engagements to solve various administrative, business development, and personnel management challenges for large hospitals and health systems. Prior to Milliman, he was a senior executive for Asante Health System where he was able to increase revenue for a primary physician group by 30%, lead the design of three new medical offices, and drastically lower operating expenses through a more integrated system.
Based on his experiences as both a practicing physician and as a senior executive, he is able to understand all sides of the complex insurance-hospital-physician relationship to help organizations create the infrastructure to improve quality and efficiency as it carries employers, health systems and payers successfully into the future.

She is a confident personable leader with proven success in heading product layout and business development concepts for international and domestic organizations.
Most recently, she planned and coordinated the product package design of a UK based international food distribution company. Prior to that, she worked with a US company, heading their product packaging and layout, and marketing program of a unique health product. She has lived in the United States and is comfortable in working with international clients. Her diverse background includes working with corporate and not-for-profit organizations in manufacturing and service industries.
As a management consultant with a flair for creative business concepts, Sujatha excels in interpreting the client’s business needs and developing wide range of market appropriate solutions. She is known for presenting creative product layout and presentation concepts for organizations launching new products.
Sujatha completed her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University. Tiruchirappalli, and a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis school of Management, Pune.
She is actively involved in working with economically disadvantaged communities, and is in the organizing committee of a prominent charitable organization in Chennai.
Sujatha is married, has two children and is settled in Chennai. She is fluent in English, India’s national language, Hindi and Tamil, an international language spoken in over 60 countries.
